"When we decided that listing our house was something we wanted to do, we contacted The Reyna Group looking for guidance. After being paired with Alan, we met at our house, and he did an initial walk-thru to get a feel for the place. We told him about our plans to continue a few renovations to get the house "ready" for selling and established a loose plan.
