Shawn McGregor

Shawn McGregor possesses hands on experience with all elements of Real Estate – from the many faucets of home building to marketing, selling & closing residential real estate. Shawn attributes his 6-year career in project management for a Houston home builder, when he specialized in purchasing, managing construction, sales, marketing and profit/loss responsibility, as the core background that has launched his success. In 2007, he applied that experience to practical use, founding his company Alleanza Custom Homes as an Energy Star Builder. Shawn currently invests in, rebuilds and sells residential properties in Houston's Garden Oaks. He is committed to the application of superior building practices, as Certified Building Analyst, a Certified Envelope Analyst, as well as a Certified Lead Renovator.

His clients appreciate his attention to detail, strong focus on customer service and his passionate drive to make the best of their time. Shawn is extremely efficient, responsive, thorough and patient. Alert to the current and ever-changing inventory of attractive properties in desirable, established neighborhoods, Shawn is also well versed in identifying residential income opportunities for real estate investments appropriate in today’s market.

Shawn attended the Texas A&M University for his undergraduate studies and received a Bachelor of Business Administration with Cum Laude honors. He is currently an active member of the Texas A&M Association of former students. He attends First Baptist Church and is also involved as a member of the Building Professional Institute. When Shawn isn’t working, he enjoys being outdoors, exercising, Texans games, boating and spending time with his friends and family.
